In countless households, overnight oats have become a firm favourite. Not only are they incredibly nutritious, but they're also easy to prepare, AND they guarantee a pudding-like and creamy texture - bonus.

We've put together some of our favourite recipes that guarantee to take your grab-and-go breakfast to whole new heights:

1) Chocolate and banana

Chocolate and banana is a match made in heaven, so it's no surprise that this recipe is our go-to.

You'll need:

METHOD

Simply place the banana, milk and cocoa power into a blender and blitz until smooth. Now all that's left to do is pour the mixture over your oats and stir. Leave them to soak in the fridge in a container and VOILA - they're ready to enjoy.

2) Carrot cake

What better way to start the day than with a cake-inspired breakfast?

You'll need:

METHOD

Simply mix the oats, chia seeds, allspice, cinnamon and carrot together before pouring the milk and vanilla extract over. Now drizzle with a bit of runny honey and leave to soak in the fridge.

The best part about this breakfast? You'll be sneaking in one of your five-a-day before you've even left the house.

3) Blueberry and honey

Take things back to basics with this traditional-yet-tasty recipe.

You'll need:

METHOD

Simply mix the milk, oats and blueberries before drizzling generously with honey. Leave to soak in the fridge in a container before rising, shining, and enjoying.
