Forget all about that greasy full English breakfast & fattening chocolate croissant, because we’ve gathered 5 hot spots that promise nutritious, delicious & super-filling brunches. And the best part? They’re all vegan friendly.

So next time you’re heading into London for a jam-packed day, make sure you fuel your body correctly at one of these cafes!

1) Farmacy, Notting Hill

Based in London’s Notting Hill, Farmacy offers a huge variety of plant-based brunches.

From their chocolate chip waffles and protein ‘omelettes’ to their probiotic jars and syringe shots, this café screams health!

We’d recommend trying the ‘fire starter’ shot. It’s packed with ginger, turmeric, cayenne & lemon, so it’s sure to blow away the cobwebs!

2) The Full Nelson, Deptford

Serving up the best vegan & veggie ‘hangover’ food, The Full Nelson is a MUST on a Sunday morning.

We’d recommend opting for ‘The Full Nelson’ which consists of tofu & kale scramble, 2 battered ‘sausages’, sautéed mushrooms, grilled courgette, potato and onion rosti, roasted tomatoes & a sourdough English muffin - sounds good, right?

3) Palm Vaults, Hackney

Based in Hackney, this independent café is best known for their pastel coloured lattes and gorgeous smoothie bowls. But if that’s not up your street, opt for the avocado on toast or banana bread, both of which are firm favourites for avid brunch goers.

4) Redemption, Shoreditch

Based in Shoreditch, Redemption is famous for its tagline: ‘spoil yourself without spoiling yourself’. They serve up vegan, sugar-free and wheat free dishes on the daily, so whether you try their corn fritters, buckwheat pancakes, or banana smoothies, you’re in for a nutritious start to the day.

5) Kin Café, Fitzrovia

With their health focused ethos and their vegetarian, vegan, raw and gluten free options, this café is the perfect brunch spot.

If you’re looking for a savoury start to your day, try their cauliflower rosti with roasted tomatoes, mushrooms & ‘mayo’. Alternatively, if you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, their acai bowl filled with coconut milk, peanut butter, hemp protein, berries, banana, and almonds is a great choice.

So, there you have it! 5 hot spots that are proving there’s so much more to brunch than bacon & eggs! Be sure to follow us on instagram for more healthy recipe ideas.
